Who doesn’t like vegan hash browns on a cool morning? Simple to make, easy to enjoy!
1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 Tbsp. oil 2 large potatoes, grated Salt and pepper, to taste
• Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil until the onions are soft. • Add the potatoes to the onion and garlic, and cook until tender. • Add the salt and pepper, to taste.
Serves two(or maybe one!)
