This Rainbow Kale Salad can’t get any healthier!
3 cups chopped kale 1/2 cup peeled and chopped beets 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage 1/2 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 cup dressing of your choice (we suggest you try balsamic vinaigrette!)
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and toss until the dressing is distributed evenly.
